MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
(I) Council Member:
According to the intention of the initiating unit, the interested initiating unit and the members recommended by the initiating unit can apply and become the first batch of council members through the resolution and voting of the general meeting of members. Subsequent additions of governing unit members shall refer to Chapter 3 of the Articles of Association of the Alliance.
(II) Senior Member:
Units that meet the conditions can apply to become senior members. After review, they will be approved by council and become senior members.
(III) Ordinary Member:
Units that meet the conditions can apply to become ordinary members. After review by the secretariat and approval by the secretary-general, they can become ordinary members.
(IV) Observation Member:
Units that meet the conditions can apply to become observer members. After review by the Secretariat, they will be approved by the Secretary-General and become observer members.
MEMBERSHIP FEE STANDARD
(I) Council Member
CNY 300,000 per year
(II) Senior Member
CNY 100,000 per year
(III) Ordinary Member
CNY 50,000 per year
(IV) Observer Member, as well as non-profit organizations such as research institutes and universities that serve as members are exempt from membership fees.
