Next-Generation Internet Forum Held at the 2024 World Internet Congress Wu Town Summit with the participation of NIDA

On November 21, the 2024 World Internet Congress Wu Town Summit Next Generation Internet Forum was held in Wu Town, Zhejiang Province. "Innovation Drives · Security Enablement: The theme "Building an Open and Secure Next Generation Internet" is to promote open, secure, and high-quality innovation and development of the next generation Internet around the world, and to build a community of shared futures in cyberspace. Zhang Xuewei, vice chairman of the CPPCC of Zhejiang Province, attended the forum, and Sun Weimin, chief engineer of the State Internet Information Office of China, attended the forum and delivered a speech.

Wu Jianping, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, director of Zhongguancun Laboratory, professor of Tsinghua University, Jeon Ji-nam, honorary professor of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology, and a number of world-renowned experts and scholars from the United States, France, Italy, Malaysia, and Colombia spoke to discuss the technological innovation and development of the next generation Internet. The participants also conducted in-depth discussions on the theme "Challenges of Artificial Intelligence to Next Generation Internet Security and Development" in the form of a roundtable discussion.
