[Beijing, April 23, 2024] The 2025 CHINA CLOUD NETWORK CONFERENCE, guided by the China Communications Standards Association (CCSA) and hosted by the CCSA TC610 SDN/NFV/AI Standards and Industry Promotion Committee, opened in Beijing on April 23. Centered on advancing cloud-network/computing-network convergence and network intelligence, the conference delved into cutting-edge technologies, application scenarios, industrial development, and commercialization strategies. Key topics included cloud-network convergence, computing power networks, intelligent computing networks, autonomous networks, large-scale network models and their applications, cloud-network security, SD-WAN, and the information technology application innovation industry. Discussions aimed to drive innovation in next-generation network infrastructure and accelerate the integration of digital and intelligent technologies across industries.

At the main forum on the opening day, NIDA Secretary-General Deng Yiou delivered a keynote speech titled 'From IPv6+ to the Next-Generation Network,' explaining how the advent of the intelligent era is driving the internet into a new phase and necessitating generational evolution of networks. The Next-Generation Network, which clearly defines next-generation internet scenarios and key technological directions, is leading global efforts to build next-generation internet infrastructure. This vision focuses on four major scenarios—Computing Connection, Intelligence Connection, Data Connection, and Airspace Connection—and four key technological directions: New Ultra-Broadband Connectivity, New IPv6+ Extensions, New Network Intelligence, and New Security Mechanisms."
